VILLA “ADORITOS”

The two-level villa is donned with contemporary Mexican decor, wood window frames, marble floors, showers with tempered glass and more, for a very pleasant and inviting stay in sunny Cancun! Your group of friends or family will love staying here because of its great location downtown and easy access to shopping, local eats, the beach, and activities, just to name a few.

Here are the features of the 350 sqm | 3,768 sq ft villa:

- PRIVATE BACKYARD & SWIMMING POOL with loungers and a cozy hammock on the patio. Enjoy a beverage and a pool day or dining in the fresh air.

- TV/SITTING AREA has a large comfy sofa and flatscreen Smart TV with Netflix and access to streaming services, perfect for downtime at home between trips to the beach and activities.

- FULLY-EQUIPPED KITCHEN with all the essentials and high-quality appliances for preparing meals at home.

- DINING TABLE set to accommodate 10 guests for enjoying home-cooked meals or working on your laptop, if you must. This area has beautiful wood and glass doors that open up to a private patio.

- 5 BEDROOMS and 5 FULL BATHROOMS accommodate up to 14 guests as such:

Bedroom 1: 1 King bed, second floor master bedroom w/ a full ensuite bathroom w/ an amazing bathtub & dedicated workspace

Bedroom 2: 2 Double/full beds, second floor with dedicated workspace

Bedroom 3: 2 Double/full beds, second floor

Bedroom 4: 1 King bed, main floor

Bedroom 5: 1 Bunk bed (single beds, top and bottom), main floor

- Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, Smart TVs, quality bed linens, towels, and free street parking are all complimentary during your stay.

- *Free street parking: It is important that guests know that they cannot park on the red line. We are not responsible for fines. Parking is on the street.

You will be greeted by someone from concierge and they will take you to the villa and remain available to you during your stay.

But you will have full, exclusive access to the villa once there.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the villa, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 USD penalty.

- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 7 am. Please no loud music or noises during this time. We must be respectful of the neighbors.

- No guests, other than those listed on the reservation, are allowed at the property.

- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.

- It's mandatory to provide a government ID for all guests on the reservation prior to arrival and on the day of check-in.

- Please do not force open any locked cabinets and windows found in the home, if you do so, it will incur a $500 USD penalty fee.

- Please avoid moving furniture.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Guests must adhere to the building and pool rules as well.

1. The villa has two levels, some bedrooms are located on the second level, and guests may need to climb stairs.

2. There is no daily housekeeping service, but a cleaning service can be requested for an additional fee. Please let us know in advance.

3. We provide a few bath essentials like toilet paper, hand soap, body soap, lotion, shampoo, & conditioner. We also provide some paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, and trash bags for your convenience. They are not replenished during your stay, so please note that if you run out, you will need to purchase more.

4. There are surveillance cameras on the exterior of the home for guest safety and security and an alarm system.

5. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

6. A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This must be paid by credit card at check-in and will be refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
